THE MISSION :
In this position, you will join the Sales Upskilling Team that belongs to the Global Sales Excellence Team. Sales Upskilling is our CEVA internal training organization dedicated to our entire Business Development community composed of +2000 salespeople (field sales, key account managers, product sales managers, etc…) located in our 5 Regions.
As a Learning Back Office Expert, you will work on the implementation of all the learning solutions on your perimeter that are necessary to help each of our BD grow in their competencies and skills.
You will be a strong support of the Hard Skill & Soft Skills Program Managers, helping them to coordinate & deploy the best learning solution for each BD role.
YOUR ACTIVITIES:

  • Work closely with the CMA CGM Academy Back Office team to make sure all learning solutions developed by CEVA teams are stored under the right Training Online Platform & ready to be deployed within all 5 regions
  • Manage administrative files: entry of solutions, sessions, registration of trainees and trainers in the Training Orchestra system, entry of attendance sheets, management of training agreements, creation of administrative files.
  • Organize evaluation and debriefing sessions with internal and external stakeholders and manage regular interactions with participants and their managers before and after the training sessions.
  • Create dashboard to monitor participation to trainings and evaluation of content and execution. Every 6 months, analyse the results and prioritize further training recommendations
  • Experimenting creative learning content & transform Powerpoint product presentations delivered by Product Experts into interactive e-learning sessions/quiz, etc...

  • Education and qualifications: BAC+5 - Master's degree
  • Field of experience: digital project management
  • Experience in the field: 2 years minimum in digitalization.
  • Hardskills: Pack Office, project management. - Tech-savy and at ease with digital learning tools. - Customer-oriented with an eye for detail
  • Language: C1 Fluent English - German is appreciated
  • Softskills: curiosity, good communication skills, autonomy, rigor, customer-oriented. Curiosity, good communicator.
  • Appetence for BtoB sales.
